This is very intense--it reminds me of work I did a few years ago when I was in serious therapy and my first marriage was breaking up. It was a very painful journey and I can completely relate to how you're feeling. What I can tell you is that there IS light at the end of the tunnel and your clear willingness to grapple with all of this is going to get you to a much better place. Know that you're not alone and that it WILL get better.
